Rental Agreement

Event Information

    1. In order for us to secure and hold the room for the above listed date, the room rental charge will need to be paid in
    advance and is NON-REFUNDABLE should the event be canceled.

    2. All charges for food and beverage are to be paid one week prior to the event and will be billed based on the final number of
    guests expected for the event.

    3. The person entering this agreement will be responsible for the safe use of this facility and will be required to return it
    to an acceptable condition following the event. In addition, they are to ensure the observance of rules by all persons in
    attendance and all vendors or any entertainment during the event.

    4. The Back Porch at Hidden Creek Golf Club is a smoke free facility. Please use appropriate outdoor containers for disposal
    of cigars or cigarettes.

    5. We do not allow outside catering.

    6. IT IS AGAINST STATE LAW for any person to bring alcoholic beverages on the property. All alcohol must be purchased from
    Hidden Creek Golf Club.

    7. Should any damage occur to the property, the person named in this agreement would be responsible for costs to
    make repairs.

    8. 7% tax will be added to all room rentals. 18% Gratuity is added to all food charges.

    9. Final menu selections and pricing will be provided with a separate document and is considered a part of this agreement.
